The team at 117 Eastman LLC aspires to offer environmentally friendly and community focused spaces for local and national business owners and entrepreneurs to utilize for their own advancement. To that end, we’ve equipped the building with LED lighting on the interior and exterior, office areas and hallways that are controlled by motion sensors, a daylight harvesting system and solar power.

Laurie is involved in all aspects of the tenant experience and marketing of 117 Eastman LLC.
Rhonda is responsible for the overall office management at 117 Eastman LLC and has been a team member at Hannon Electric since 2008.
President of Hannon Electric, Pat attended Curry College and now holds his Master Electrical License.
Vice President of Hannon Electric, Ed graduated from Shenandoah University in Virginia with a degree in Business Administration.
